Anyways, I even got a medal (most who finish do) I will post pictures when I get back to MI next week so stay tuned...

the first of many firsts to come

So Reagan said Mama yesterday and she has a bottom tooth that poked through yesterday too! (that explains all the drool) I can't believe she is almost 6 months old. It feels like it was Zack who was just learning to talk and getting his first tooth.
Wow, time goes fast!

UTAH!

Just an update: We (Zack, Reagan and myself) are in Utah. I was so nervous to fly by myself with two kids, and you know, they did awsome! Zack is such a good little guy, he sat in his seat and when the captain turned on the seatbelt sign, he'd put it on, no questions asked. He never wanted to get down or run around or anything. I really do need to give him more credit, he can be such a handful. And Reagan did good, she never cried once! The passangers in front of us didn't even realize there were two kids sitting behind them until we deboarded the plane and then they were shocked. So, anyways, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. (sigh of relief!!)

a new find!

So, here is my latest greatest find at the store the other day. I absolutely love this thing. It's just fresh Parmesan cheese in it's very own grating apparatus. I wasn't sure how often I would use this or for what, but it looked really fun, so I thought to my self, why the heck not. Did I use it you ask? YES! I have used it on everything from salads to lasagna to pizza Zack likes it on soup. It really is amazing, it grates it very fine and the best part is you don't have to worry about the cheese getting hard and drying out and it is so convenient, it also lasts for 3 weeks in the fridge! Great Buy!

My little man is growing up!

My little man at school! He is growing up so fast, I can't believe he is already in school. (I know it's just preschool but wow!) He is such an independent little guy. The first day I dropped him off he waved goodbye and didn't even think twice about jumping out of the car and stepping into the unknown, he hadn't met the teachers yet, and had only seen the school when we did a drive by the week before. I didn't even get a kiss goodbye, he was way to excited. I have noticed a huge change in him since he started school. He has become a wonderful helper, a better listener, and some of the things he learns at school just blows me away. I can't believe it, I think I had a harder time dropping him off than he did.

so cute

We think Reagan is trying to say mama, so we captured it on video, even if she isn't her little lips are doing a fishy thing, and it is so darn cute! I love this age, you can tell their little eyes are just taking in the world as fast as they can, and they don't want to miss a thing.

Fun Pictures

Here are just some fun pictures we took the other day....

Strawberry Days

Okay, so many of you will probably think that we're crazy giving reagan regular food so early, but she never actually swallowed anything but the juice of this strawberry. And she really likes it!! She is always watching us eat and reaching for our food, so why not!

Bows Bows Bows

Here are some bows I did yesterday, thanks to Dawn for teaching me how. It's kind of addicting once you get started. I like being able to make something that would cost a lot of money if bought, but knowing I only paid like a couple bucks to do this.

Snowy Day Treats

Zack decided that we should make Rice Crispy Treats today so I figured why not teach Reagan. So we sat her on the counter and gave her a spoon so she could be apart of the action. Come to find out, she really likes marshmallows, and thanks to Zack moving the bowl within her reach so she could "have a turn stirring" she apparently likes rice crispies too. So I figure if you can't beat them, take their pictures.

Here we are getting started, Zack gave her a mellow and laughed when she put it in her mouth instead of the bowl.

Zack is showing her how to stir, and she is ready to dive in...

At this point Zack moved the bowl toward her and well, you see how it went, then he was like "Reagan your not supposed to do that yet"

But when it was all said and done (and Reagan's hand, not to mention her Bumbo was clean) they turned out okay.

where is spring!!

Zack, Ellie and Weston having fun!

So I don't know about anyone else, but I am so sick of the cold!! I am completely out of ideas for Zack, and have subcomb to using the TV more than I dare admit. We have tried to be creative and even inventive at times, but you can only dress up as pirates and invade china so many times before even that gets annoying. So anyways, here are some fun pictures of what we have been doing as shut-ins the last 4 months...

We've visited the Impressions 5 museum at least 4 times. Zack was standing still so dad could make a bubble around him...

snuggled up reading books

I've been trying my hand at bow making, I know a little big, but kinda cute...kinda

Zack's desperate attempt to prove to mom that it wasn't that cold outside...he stayed outside for 45 minutes!! What a trooper.

What a great tent!!
