So I ran my first 1/2 marathon! It was actually pretty fun, I could barely walk the next day, and the day after that, and well I can still feel it today.....just when I am you know going down the stairs or have been sitting for a while....
Anyways, I even got a medal (most who finish do) I will post pictures when I get back to MI next week so stay tuned...

Congrats! I was thinking about you on Saturday when I had to drive up to the U. I'm impressed that you did it, I'm not sure I could. It was fun to get together while you were here, wish things were so busy here and we could have done it again!
