The Rest of Summer

It's kind of sad summer is coming to an end.  The weather definatley is feeling more "fallish" and school is right around the corner.  Zac is definatley ready to jump into school, and as Summer winds down I am more and more ready for him to start again.  He is just seeming to be bored, all the newness of playing outside has definatly worn off for both kids, and with the start of fall comes a new baby which will keep Reagan and me busy while Zac is at school.

But anywhoo, here are some pics I never got around to posting this summer but wanted to.

Jeff and the kids on the tube at the lake.  Reagan looked so tiny out there but she was the one yelling "FASTER!" oi!  And Zac and Jeff were just laughing at her.

We got to help with the branding this year.  I love how serious Reagan looks in that picture.  She's helping

We also got to ride the horses quite a bit. Which the kids LOVED!

Well, so long summer, we are ready for a busy fall full of school, baby, birthdays and pumpkins!

Happy Birthday

For my birthday this year I really wanted a dehydrator.  I found this one on walmart.com and so far I love it.  The kids and I dehydrated apples dipped in cinnamon and sugar yesterday.  They turned out YUMMY!   I think i'm going to try raw honey and cinnamon next time to make them maybe a little more healthy.  Right now they just taste like candy.

Jeff and I also got a sitter and took off to Provo for the night.  We went to dinner and just had a great time.  Thanks for making it a good day Jeff. LOVE YA

Fun Fun Fun

July has been quite a busy month!  My brother and his wife came with their kids and we took the kiddos fishing...Emma was the only one who caught a fish.  They were biting, but we could just never get them to stay on the hook.

 But, Ian caught a baby duck...we had to have the DNR guy come and rescue the poor duck.

We also took them Crawdad Fishing up Strawberry.  It was a total blast! They would put in the chicken and  pull out up to 6 at a time.

We also had some cookouts and the kids loved playing night games that included hide and seek and freeze tag.  My cousin and his wife also came for the weekend.  It was a fun visit and we can't wait until the next one!

Memorial Day Fun

We went to Williams, AZ for Memorial Day for a family reunion.  The kids had a blast getting dirty and playing with their cousins.  It was so much fun to see everyone.  I wish they lived closer.

Preschool Grad

My little man graduated preschool today! They had a program at his school today, they sang some songs

and each got to talk into the microphone and tell why they love their families.  Zac's response "I love my family because they let me stir."  Then during the last song he shouts "The last song! This one is my favorite! Yeah baby!"  and later in the song "Rock n' Roll!"  then near the end "Now this is what I call Rock n' Roll"  And he definatley had some moves i've never seen! it was so fun to watch him, he makes me laugh. He has such an outgoing personality and he is so fun to be around. 

I can't believe he'll be in Kindergarten in 4 months!!  The last 5 1/2 years really have flown by.  Pretty soon it will be Reagan's turn to go to Kindergarten and by then Zac will be in 2nd grade!!  Time needs to slow down a bit.  These little guys grow up way to fast!

It's true...

I haven't really posted anything about me being pregnant yet, but it's true, we are about 18 1/2 weeks today.  And it is a BOY!! (they could tell at the 16 week appt it was a boy but we wanted to be sure) Zac is so excited, Reagan is convinced it's a girl, hopefully she'll be okay when it comes out a boy. My due date is Sept 18th which will make him and Reagan nearly 2 years 11 months apart.

I dont care what anybody says though, girls might be faster learners, but boys are so much easier to take to the potty!!

Arizona part 2

My Aunt invited everyone over, and it was fun to see all my cousins, aunts and uncles who were able to make it.

We were able to go and see my grandpa's grave while we were there.  He died last christmas and we were on our way to London the day of his funeral so I never got to see it.
